Opening Our Practice in Atlanta
My wife Dr. Mital Patel and I opened Classic Vision Care—a full-service optometry group in Atlanta. We had the clinical excellence. What we didn't have? Enough people to answer the phones while helping patients in-office. Calls went to voicemail. Patients called competitors.
